On a Personal Note
I've been pretty tied up this week, and now I'm getting sick. It's been a bad week for me to be MIA, too. There's just so much great stuff going on right now for me to blog or podcast about and I just can't find the time to focus.
I'm really disappointed that I couldn't get more posted on John Kerry's comments soon enough. That story was just asking for my patented brand of cruelty. There have also been a number of developments in the governor's race that I mentally pounced on and never managed to document. I'm not so sad about that though, because campaign season is really starting to wear on my nerves.
Final note: RoseIndigo wanted to know how the car buying experience is going. It's not going well. Just like when we bought this house, we're searching for a unicorn. Our requirements are probably just too much for us to find exactly what we're looking for. When we found the car I talked about, I thought we were extremely lucky.
We did get our money back from the first dealer, with extra for all we'd spent on it already. I debated putting them on the N**E List for it, but decided The Asian Badger was right. They deserve to be recognized for doing the right thing, but they made us put their backs to the wall before they would do it. So, I'll give Holz Chevrolet (in Hales Corners) an honorable mention and you can decide from this and this whether you want to deal with them.

1 Amendments:
Congratulations Aaron. The result you got was much more than most people get, but it pays to have your ducks in a row and be able to argue for your rights.
Sorry you haven't been feeling well. Do take care.
