I Think That I May Need to be Held Back a Grade

I've forgotten everything I learned in Global Warming 101, apparently.

I forget how global warming can cause more severe storms (like Katrina and Rita), and then in the very next year hurricane season blows by without a single scary storm. I also can't remember how global warming explains deadly cold in October. For crying out loud, I had to put my brass monkeys away two months early because I didn't want to have to glue their balls back on.

I need a refresher course or something. I'm just not understanding the connection...

I think it had something to do with global warming causing unpredictable weather patterns and more extreme changes in the weather. Well, I can't wait to get back to the good old days when the weather was perfectly understood and well behaved, and the weathermen were always right. We need to stop this global warming monster before hurricanes go extinct and it snows in July.

    Well it is very simple.
Anything that happens that is Bad is a direct result of Global warming.

    Katrina Bad.... Global warming.
Cold snap out of season... Global warming.
Republicans winning in November... Out of touch Americans disorientated because of Global warming.

Anything good that happens is just happenstance.
Oh wait a minute, I forgot that nothing good can happen while W is still in office ;-)

Hahahahah, Aaron I love your sense of the ridiculous. Gbradley's too.

Dontcha know it's because liberals love the feeling of suffering, and when their lives are reasonably free of suffering, they like to make it up so they can fret and worry and "feel the pain".
