The Difference a Day Makes
I'm glad that I didn't blog yesterday.
Given the track record of the missile defense system, we might just as easily miss. So what? It's still officially in the test phase. If the North Koreans want to give us free targets it saves the taxpayers of the United States that much money, plus we're testing against enemy ammunition in a "real world" scenario.
Finally, our leaders are thinking productively!

Yesterday I was ready to write an angry blog letter to Kim Jong Il, taunting him, while at the same time reminding the rest of you that there wasn't a darn thing the U.S. could do if he did decide to launch. We've already used up all our harsh words and it's time for action.
Yesterday looked like business as usual with North Korea.
- Today I'm thrilled.
Today I heard that someone thought to turn on the automatic missile defense system.
Today I think we've finally got a trump card.
