Where Are the Tree Huggers?

Granted, I don't get much news these days unless I'm actively searching for it (by reading your blogs). But, I swear I haven't heard one peep about the environment lately. It seems odd that we're having such a balmy January, complete with thunder storms, and no one has said a word about global warming.

My theory is that the left has thrown so much effort into the Iraq war that they're overlooking their more generic causes: like the environment, and hemp. Now could be the time to take advantage of their backs being turned. We can wipe out the environment while they're not looking! Without it, they'll have to move on to other causes.

At my house, I've got some chemicals and other garbage left over from the previous owner. This could be my opportunity to flush it while no one is breathing down my neck.
