IVR Cheat Sheet (AKA: The Human List)

One of the members of the PLCs.net forum was kind enough to share this list. It's full of shortcuts to live operators at many major companies.

    You're welcome!

Thank you... What is interesting is that in every case you need to start with their automated system and then dial or speak a work around or back door sequence.

Is there any way to dial to speak to a person that can then direct my call?

Sorry... didn't look close enough or far enough down the list. It looks like you can get a person in some cases. These are the companies that recognize that even with all the cool gadgets, gizmos and sharp technologies that people still want to talk to people.

    Nevertheless, a great list.

Slightly off topic (OT) but it is important to point out that I have been dying to use the word "nevertheless" in a sentence.

I am not certain if this konotes a visage of intellect or just makes a person look foolish...

    I know who anonymous is.

I'm going to have to give him a cookie for using the word "connote" in a sentence.
