My First Spammer
I just had my first spammer. A random "blogger" posted a comment in reply to this week's carnival request. He left a silly comment, "Wisconsin is cool" under the handle Buyhitsforblog. If one were to follow the link to his profile (as I did to see if he was a legitimate visitor), you would be led to a single post offering to generate traffic to your blog.
While I can appreciate the guy's effort (he actually read my blog to generate his silly response), his blog was written horribly. Obviously, English is not the dude's first language. This is probably another one of those Nigerian 419 scams, actually. You pay $100 to generate traffic and nothing happens. If you're lucky, they won't raid your credit information.

3 Amendments:
I could send you some of my SPAMers, most are porno sites, specializing in gay porn or... appendage enlargement.
If there was a genuine demand for those things, the SPAMmers would be out of a job.
Maybe I should go buy a bunch of gay porn.
I'm just gonna leave that comment alone............................
